March 11th, 2017 pop-up supper

The Backyard is a farm-to-table pop-up restaurant showcasing the best organic and seasonal ingredients Saskatchewan has to offer.

When we are in Regina, we work out of community halls and churches in order to shed some light on under utilized kitchens, transforming them into a restaurant while offering a different menu each event. Our menu is ingredient and vegetable driven, highlighting the season and always thriving for the most important things to us: flavor & sustainability. The Backyard is supported by a chef’s garden, a handful of small, organic producers and a solid, passionate team.
